Our teams created an interactive experience to digitally promote the documentary Habiter le Monde, aired on Arte.
Around the world, cities are multiplying and expanding, following a standardized urban model. However, there are alternative ways to inhabit our world that reject this destructive uniformity.
This experience invites users to explore a wide range of possibilities by examining 20 unique housing concepts.
Users are encouraged to evaluate these potential projects—real-life inspired living spaces from across the globe—by selecting the ones they would like to see materialize in our future.
From algorithm to animation: creating unique user journeys
The first phase of this project involved developing an algorithm that assigned a specific habitat to users based on their previous choices, ensuring each user had a personalized content journey.
The second phase was dedicated to creating WebGL animations for each habitat, bringing its unique characteristics to life.
After two months and 100,000 votes, users responded positively to the majority of the proposed futuristic projects, giving a boost to diversity, with 60% of votes being favorable.
