INFINITE HORIZONS

HKI.Paris has embarked on a personal venture of great scale by giving life to a 360° exhibition at the Bassins des Lumières in Bordeaux.

Our team has dedicated all its soul and passion to creating a 10-minute film that skillfully merges motion design, 3D and mapping, plunging the visitor’s soul into a world where the horizon seems to escape at every glance.

Through this exhibition, we invite each visitor to embark on a journey where infinite landscapes transport them into a subjective universe imbued with deep emotions.

This project was honoured with the prestigious FWA Of The Day award on March 11, 2023.

“Infinite Horizons” takes you on an artistic journey through a multitude of viewpoints that defy the rules of perspective. A piece that explores the accepted notion of what landscape is, using algorithmic notation. A singular vision that takes us into a world of abstraction in an endless landscape.

There, the perception of each moment projects our imagination into new and strange horizons, unexplored lands that seem to have no limits.

Like the birth of raw, unformed matter, we emerge from the center of a planet through its many layers and types of matter. As we rise, we discover a vast landscape. An infinite horizon is gradually emerging before our eyes. By degrees, shapes, objects and particles begin to hover.

A black hole is formed, generated by a powerful gravitational force that sucks everything that comes close. Matter is distorted, revealing the portal to an unknown dimension and unveiling the real in an unfamiliar and unexpected form.
